The historic Salem United Methodist is located in
Vermillion County, Indiana, on Highway 63 north of
Clinton. Our church is rich in tradition while
embracing young people with a caring, sharing and
nurturing attitude. Salem church has withstood the test
of time, standing as a landmark and beacon to God’s
community since 1878.
We desire to be
living examples of what Jesus would have us be through
our various missions within the community and throughout
the world. Our reach is truly awe inspiring! From our
Vacation Bible School to Tsunami health kits, local
hospital layette program to the Red Bird Mission, we
have something for everyone. Come grow with us, whether
you are 8 months or 80 years old, we have a place just
for you!
